By accessing or using Self-Tape Vault (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Self-Tape Vault provides a local, transient diagnostic engine for reviewing self-tape submissions. Video files are processed in-browser using Local RAM Transient Encryption Protocols and are never persisted to our servers.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you hold all necessary rights to any material processed through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable production, union, or studio agreement.

All software, branding, diagnostic algorithms, and report formats are the exclusive intellectual property of Self-Tape Vault and are protected under applicable law. Your uploaded content remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

Premium features are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Diagnostic outputs are advisory and do not guarantee casting outcomes or technical acceptance by any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self-Tape Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
